Founders Brent Bahry and Jared Laethem are pleased to announce the formation of DotWalk - a new provider of quality software and service solutions in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Brent and Jared have over 15 years combined experience at ServiceNow, where both had the privilege of working on the Platform Development team. With this background, Brent and Jared bring extensive experience in performance optimization, overall architecture, application development, and customer success.
DotWalk will be launching with three service offerings chosen because they represent key pain-points for customers using the ServiceNow platform. These are:
ServiceNow Release/Automation Testing
Brent Bahry worked for 6 1/2 years on the Platform Development team at ServiceNow. During this time he contributed to many strategic projects including the development of ServiceNow Express, ServiceNow's offering targeted at the commercial market and the architecture and development of the ServiceNow Asynchronous Message Bus (AMB). The AMB is the platform system which implements server to browser push communication and serves as the back-end communications bus for responsive features like Visual Task Boards, Live Forms, Connect (chat) and more. As the Senior Manager for Platform Reliability Brent directed efforts to improve platform performance, reliability and implement platform self-healing capabilities.
Jared Laethem worked for 9 1/2 years at ServiceNow, for 4 years in a leadership role in ServiceNow's founding Technical Support team and the rest on the Platform Development team. Jared is a top expert on issues of performance and reliability on the ServiceNow Platform. Throughout his tenure at ServiceNow he led efforts to improve performance and reliability of the ServiceNow platform. As a director of Platform Development Jared also led teams responsible for ServiceNow's Graphical Workflow engine and the ServiceNow platform's upgrade, Update Sets and the new Automated Test Framework.
